On April 20, 2023, sweethearts Albie and Chelsea headed over to the top Italian restaurant, Augustino’s, to celebrate Albert Manzo’s, his dad’s, birthday. However, there was already an underlying plan behind it: his secret proposal and engagement party.
Albie got on one knee and presented Chelsea with an engagement ring featuring an approximately 4-carat, emerald-cut diamond in a north-south placement, on a decorated yellow gold ring. It’s an elegant creation from Yanina & Co. Fine Jewelry.
Albie’s family was present, and he also invited Chelsea’s family and both their close friends to be a part of their engagement and celebration.
This double celebration was a joyous and festive event, one that Chelsea celebrated on her Instagram, also dedicating it to her hubby’s Dad. She said, “To an unforgettable night surrounded by all our loved ones ✨💍 Also big shout out to Big Al for taking the hit on what was supposed to be his birthday dinner celebration. Promise we will gift you with some gran babies eventually 🤍”
Albie’s mom, Real Housewives of New Jersey star, Caroline Manzo, dedicated an adorable post for her son and daughter-in-law on her Instagram, captioning it with: “She said YES!!!! Albie and Chelsea’s Love Story
Albie and Chelsea started dating in early 2019. Their fans and the press, however, do not have any specific details on how they met and exactly when. Their first public post together on Instagram was on June 19, 2020.
From that point on, their fans cheered them on their socials every time they’d post photos or dedicated birthdays and other special events for each other.
Albie’s mom, Caroline, hinted at her son’s loving girlfriend later that November. The couple also posted a sweet pic of themselves standing together at the Rockefeller Plaza in that same month.
The couple announced their engagement via posts on Instagram in April 2023, after more than 4 years of dating. They married on October 25, 2023, in the super scenic luxury resort complex of I Borghi dell’Eremo, in Piegaro, Italy.

Chelsea DeMonaco is an artist, photographer, and entrepreneur. She owns the home décor company, Elysian Embers Collection. Chelsea also worked for Lizzy De La Pena as a photographer and mixed media collaborator.
Albie featured her professional photography a few times over the years on his Instagram, garnering likes and praiseful comments for her brilliant, passionate work.
Albie rose to prominence for his work in the reality TV show, Manzo’d with Children. It’s an offshoot of the other popular TV show, The Real Housewives of New Jersey. He starred in it along with his mom, his dad Albert, and his siblings Chris and Lauren.
