A romantic vacation in Italy’s Amalfi Coast came with a dazzling surprise for “The Bold & The Beautiful” actress Katrina Bowden – a proposal! This sweet couple has been dating for a few years and went public with their relationship in October 2021, with Adam Taylor sharing a photo of them on his Instagram account. The following month, Katrina shared a pic of Adam on her page.
The Proposal
Katrina and Adam celebrated her birthday on September 19 by exploring Rome, then headed to the stunning village on Italy’s mesmerizing Amalfi Coast, Portofino. Adam hired a boat for the day, and they came across a small, empty beach where they decided to hang out for a while. Adam cleverly set up a tripod to take photos of them, as their only photos were selfies. Then, when he returned to his unsuspecting girlfriend, he surprised her by dropping to one knee and proposing. Katrina was overwhelmed by the special moment, which brought her to tears. She joked about the ring, saying, “Also, the ring blinded me, so my eyes were in pain.” Katrina felt it was the “happiest, most perfect day of my life.”
On the 24th of September, the couple shared their engagement on their Instagram accounts with photos of Adam on his knee with Katrina tearing up and a close-up hand shot of her engagement ring, which we’ll gush about further on. Adam’s not as well-known as his lovely fiancé and is a musician and bassist in a reggae-rock band called Iration. Aside from being musically gifted, Adam has a bachelor’s degree in Communication.
