Basketball Wives Jennifer Williams’ Engagement Ring
The appropriately named Christian Gold, known on Instagram as an “8-Figure Wealth Portfolio Manager”, proposed to Basketball Wives star and entrepreneur Jennifer Williams with a classic engagement ring on August 27, 2023.
In line with many reports it appears to be an approximately 10-carat, pear-shaped solitaire diamond on a pavê platinum band.
Her Instagram photo of the ring also showed a table in a dimlit restaurant with star lights all over. On her left was an undisclosed drink with a mermaid straw decor
In June of this year, Jennifer and Christian confirmed their status when they posted a picture of themselves on a date enjoying a drink. Their hard launch on Instagram made it official.
Estimation and Value
Our phone conversation with Benjamin Khordipour, the gemologist at NYC’s Estate Diamond Jewelry, and advanced degree holder from the Gemological Institute of America and Gübelin, confirmed specifications plus its evaluation.
The estimated value of the ring is in the range of $900,000 to $1,200,000.
Benjamin estimates the pear-shaped diamond solitaire to be within the range of 8-10 carats. The generous center stone sits on a pave diamond-studded band, made of platinum or white gold. The band itself elegantly complements the substantial center stone.
Jennifer and Christian Cross Paths, And Love
The couple disclosed to fans that they met “one Friday in December” on a rooftop. Though they chose to keep the details private, they described an instant chemistry from the get-go.
Jennifer Williams and Christian Gold met on a rooftop party hosted by a mutual friend, Armani. On the interview he explained, “I wasn’t even in the market looking for a relationship because I just felt like it wasn’t time yet. I was in a place of healing. I’m still in a place of healing. I saw her sitting there and I was just like, ‘aw man be good.'”
Jennifer and Christian started a YouTube channel called “Life With Jen & CG” where they share their travels, experiences, and a little about themselves. Fans hope to get an inside scoop into their blissful love story through this joint YouTube venture.
Jennifer is a high-end realtor. She also owns Flirty Girl Fitness, a women’s work out company and a few other businesses. She has earned the nick name “Red Carpet” for her links to the entertainment industry.
Christian Gold, the self-professed “8-figure wealth portfolio manager,” is 18 years younger than Jennifer. The age gap hasn’t stopped them from connecting on a deeper level.
