Details on Sharna Burgess’ Engagement Ring!
Brian timed his proposal to his beau, Australian dancer and choreographer, Sharna Burgess, on his 50th birthday on July 15, 2023. It also involved his kids’ participation, making it extra special.
Sharna threw a surprise birthday party for him at home, with friends and loved ones joining them.
He prepared the surprise in their bedroom and told her he wanted to show her something. His kids helped him present the ring hidden inside a Cartier box and proposed to her with his kids. She immediately said yes!
Her engagement ring features a 4-carat solitaire round-cut diamond secured by 4 prongs and set on a platinum pavé ring.
How Much is Sharna Burgess’ Engagement Ring?
We spoke with Benjamin Khordipour G.D., the Gemological Institute of America-certified jewelry specialist of NYC’s Estate Diamond Jewelry, for an expert evaluation of the ring. He placed its value at $606,000.

He considered the diamond’s size of 4 carats, its high quality, the pavé platinum ring, and the level of craftsmanship involved. These factors all contributed to the value of this special ring.
Brian and Sharna’s Lovely Road to Engagement
Sharna and Brian share the same business manager, Lori Austin, who set them up on a coffee date in October 2020. They knew from the start that they had some serious chemistry worth considering.
While the twosome really connected on that date, both were not ready. Brian had just separated from his ex-wife, Megan Fox, in May 2020. Sharna was looking for something more long-term and serious, and didn’t think he was looking for the same as he wasn’t open to a new relationship yet.
It took some time for both to acknowledge their potential. Their relationship developed over time. In January 2021, they became official and announced their status on Instagram.
Their first public appearance as a couple was on the 30th season premiere of Dancing with the Stars in September 2021. After facing elimination, they found out Sharna was pregnant with their first son, Zane Walker, who they welcomed on June 28, 2022.
